Portion Sizes!

One of the most common reasons that can hold you back from your nutrition goals are misjudging how much you are actually consuming. Unfortunately, in many cases, you are actually eating a lot more than you may think. These extra calories add up and can prevent weight loss and in cases, even cause weight gain. Make sure you are eating the proper portion sizes, especially when it comes to calorie dense foods like nuts, oils, sauces, dressings, nut butters, etc. Below, you will see short videos of ways to accurately measure foods and liquids. Food scales and measuring cups can usually be purchased at a local grocery store.

Delicious and Nutritious

Meal prepping does not have to be difficult, think smarter, not harder. Many of the dishes you use in the kitchen can be used to create a multitude of different recipes. In the end, it does save time on busy nights and also keeps you from rolling though fast food restaurants and making unhealthy choices.
