Services Available

I am passionate about full body wellness. This includes, mind, body and nutrition. Below you will find the services offered. They can be bundled together and also packaged at monthly rates. My objective is to make sure all of my clients achieve their health and wellness goals- whatever they may be. Whether you are looking to find more balance and fulfillment, build strength or lose weight I am here to help you. If you do not see a program that works for you, contact me, I will make one. There is nothing better than to see progress and people living their best lives due to simple changes. I want to help you do just that. I offer discounts when you bundle multiple services together. I also offer discounts when you commit to prepaid sessions, as consistency is the key element to your success. Contact me for special pricing and rates.

 PERSONAL TRAINING
The ideal choice for a personalized plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. After discussing your goals, lifestyle and preferences, a plan of action will be put into place just for you. You will be trained one on one at The Barn Fitness, LLC by Katie. While you are being trained, you will be in a private environment where you will have access to a full gym and Katie, certified personal trainer. It is recommended that this is consistently done 2-3 times per week for optimal results.
Cost: $40/ session (usually about 45-60 minutes) Discounts available for prepaid purchases of multiple sessions. 6 sessions for $200 1 free, 12 sessions for $400 2 free, etc.
Initial Consult: $75
Includes:  one on one sit down to get to know goals, possible limitations, lifestyle, routines, likes/dislikes, etc. This will also include your first training session, tailored to your personal goals.

 SMALL GROUP TRAINING
The ideal choice for a plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. After discussing your goals, lifestyle and preferences, a plan of action will be put into place just for you. You will be trained at The Barn Fitness, LLC by Katie. While you are being trained, you will be in a small group (3-4 people)  environment with like minded goals and abilities, where you will have access to a full gym and Katie, certified personal trainer. The purpose of small group classes is to build community, confidence and results. It is recommended that this is consistently done 2-3 times per week for optimal results. Most people like to start with a one-on-one and then move to small group classes. 
Cost: $25 session (usually about 45-60 minutes) 
Initial Consult: $75

Barn GROUP CLASSES

Barn Fitness classes are offered at Katie's gym, The Barn Fitness, LLC. These workouts are for people of all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes. Everything we do at The Barn can be scaled or modified to meet each individual athlete's needs. Most workouts are a mixture of a warm-up, a brief muscle isolation (abs, legs, arms, etc) and then a circuit or HIIT workout (15-20 minutes). The classes are at 4:50am and 4:30pm on weekdays and 9am Saturday. If you need other accommodations, that can be arranged as well. Your first month will include more personal and one-on-one training to make sure you are comfortable with all of the movements. 

Cost: $125 1st month then $85/month after

NUTRITION KITCHEN WORKSHOP

Do you just need help organizing the tools for nutrition success? Come into the kitchen and let Katie teach you about macronutrients (protein, carbs and fats). You will learn how to track food, weigh and measure food properly. Tips on healthy food and meal preparation for busy schedules. You will learn how many calories different people should consume per day, as well as protein. The importance of carbs and fat- YES importance! Moderation is key, restrictive diets often are not sustainable, leaving you feeling defeated. Learn how to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle, while still enjoying things you like. Come with  questions, you will leave armed with knowledge. This can also be done with friends and coworkers! If you choose, Katie can also give you calories and protein for a healthy regimen tailored to YOU.

Cost: $75 (1-1.5hr) This is a one time class.

Food Ingredients in Bowls

NUTRITION COACHING
Learn how to fuel your body to achieve your goals. This could be for muscle building, weight loss, etc. Whatever your goals are, a plan can be tailored for you. You will take pictures, weight and measurements when you begin. This includes weekly check ins, daily calorie and protein goals. Nutrition coaching can also be combined with a fitness routine should you choose. As with any other plan, consistency is key and it is recommended that you commit to at least 3 months. 

Cost:$100/ 1st month, then $75 /month 

Initial Consult: $75 

Includes: one on one sit down (or virtual) to get to know your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, allergies, food preferences, etc. This will also include calculating your calories and protein. This does not include a meal plan.
