PERSONAL TRAINING
The ideal choice for a personalized plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle providing support and accountability. After discussing your goals, lifestyle and preferences, a plan of action will be put into place just for you. Katie will create your workouts customized to you, your goals and schedule. You will be trained one- on-one at The Barn Fitness, LLC by Katie. While you are being trained, you will be in a private environment where you will have access to a full gym and Katie, certified personal trainer.
Cost: $40/ session (usually about 45-60 minutes)
Discounts available for prepaid purchases of multiple sessions. 6 sessions for $200 1 free, 12 sessions for $400 2 free, etc.
Initial Consult: $75
Includes: One- on- one sit down to get to know goals, possible limitations, lifestyle, routines, likes/dislikes. This also includes creating a schedule convenient for YOU to follow and Katie to support and hold you accountable.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
The ideal choice for a plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle with community encouragement and accountability. While you are at The Barn, you will be in a small group (3-5 people) of people with like minded goals and abilities. Small group classes at The Barn are designed to build community, confidence and results. The classes are a place of support and accountability to keep you consistently working towards your goals.
Cost: $25 session (usually about 45-60 minutes)

THE BARN GROUP CLASSES

Barn Fitness classes are offered at Katie's gym, The Barn Fitness, LLC. These workouts are for people of all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes. Everything we do at The Barn can be scaled or modified to meet each individual athlete's needs. Most workouts are a mixture of a warm-up, a brief muscle isolation (abs, legs, arms, etc) and then a circuit or HIIT workout (15-20 minutes). The classes are at 4:50am and 4:30pm on weekdays and 9am Saturday. If you need other accommodations, that can be arranged as well. Your first month will include more personal attention to support any questions and guidance during classes.
Cost: $125-1st month | $85/month initial month
STUDENT ATHLETE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Focuses on important factors like injury prevention and overall athletic performance; proper form, agility, core strengthening and body coordination.
Agility training can improve balance, coordination, and reaction. Additionally, developing core strength and body awareness can prevent issues with posture coordination, and balance.
Classes consist of a warm up, 1 or 2 10 minute skills (ex- squat form, core work, agility drills, jumping, etc, and a 10-15 minute HIIT or circuit workout. The workout usually integrates what skill we covered in class that day. This class also educates student athletes on how to use your body for athletic performance, proper stretching and keeping muscles and joints injury free.
Cost: $40 per session
Group session: $20 per student
Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the student.

NUTRITION KITCHEN WORKSHOP

Do you just need help organizing the tools for nutrition success? Come into the kitchen and let Katie teach you about macronutrients (protein, carbs and fats). You will learn how to track food, weigh and measure food properly. Tips on healthy food and meal preparation for busy schedules. You will learn how many calories different people should consume per day, as well as protein. The importance of carbs and fat- YES importance! Moderation is key, restrictive diets often are not sustainable, leaving you feeling defeated. Learn how to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle, while still enjoying things you like. Come with questions, you will leave armed with knowledge to live a healthy lifestyle. Katie can also give you calorie and protein suggestions for a healthy regimen for YOU.
Cost: $75 (1-1.5hr) This is a one time class.
Bring a friend: 2-3 people: $60 each | 4+ people: $50 each

NUTRITION COACHING
Learn how to fuel your body to achieve your goals. This could be for muscle building, weight loss, etc. Whatever your goals are, a plan can be tailored for you. You will take pictures, weight and measurements when you begin. This includes weekly check ins, daily calorie and protein goals. Nutrition coaching can also be combined with a fitness routine should you choose. As with any other plan, consistency is key and a minimum commitment of 3 months is recommended.
Cost:$100/ 1st month, then $75/month

Includes: one on one sit down (or virtual) to get to know your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, allergies, food preferences, etc. This will also include calculating your calories and protein. This does not include a meal plan.
